Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and our support team will reach out to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address, or provide accurate delivery instructions during checkout, to avoid missed deliveries.

All our products are carefully packed using food-safe, leak-proof, and tamper-evident packaging to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit.

Seed packets are sealed for freshness, and Desi Ghee, Mustard Oil and Canola Oil jars and bottles are cushioned with protective wrapping and sealed to prevent spillage.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

We will arrange a free replacement or refund for verified damaged or missing items as quickly as possible.
